How International A level Law works

Start here: International A level Law is different from the other subjects. It is linear, not modular.

A linear qualification

Law has one cash-in code, YLA1, and no separate International AS. You sit Paper 1 and Paper 2 in the same exam series, at the end of the course.

When

In 2026/27 Law is offered in June 2027 only (not October 2026 or January 2027). Pearson's subject page also lists Law as a June-only subject.
